For each state the food law is different!
Part of of the Pennsylvania's Food Law
Adopted the 2017 FDA Food Code on January 1, 2020. Must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager per establishment that is ‘available’, but not necessarily physically present. Awaiting rulemaking on the manager certification requirement. Foodservice establishments will have 1 year to become compliant when rulemaking is complete. Rulemaking not expected to be complete until 2021.
