About
Patrick is an award winning chef and teacher who has used the skills he has honed in the kitchen and classroom to write his own safety and sanitation lessons that helps ensure an understanding of sanitation and ServSafe®. He has been teaching ServSafe® for over 20 years and his students have an outstanding success rate in passing the industry acknowledged ServSafe® manager's exam. Patrick has won praise from the state and city leaders on his teaching skills and his enthusiasm in the hospitality industry. His teaching background enables him to reach learners and help them understand the importance of following established procedures and standards thus reducing the risk of food borne illness.
